You understand and agree that as long as you click to accept this policy and complete the registration of the App account in the registration process, or actually use our products and services, it means that you agree to collect, use, store and share your relevant information in accordance with this Krinona Privacy Policy

I. How do we collect and use your personal information

(I) Basic business functions need to collect and use your personal information

The basic business functions of the products and services we provide to you include: (i) all functions of your home robot (subject to the product specification); (ii) The App is paired with your home robot and controls and records the operation of the product; (iii) Communication and handling of problems related to the use and operation of the app and your home robot paired with the app. Specifically, for the following occasions, you need to agree to provide the following categories of personal information, so that we can safely and effectively realize the above basic functions, otherwise you may not be able to enjoy the corresponding products and services

1. Register an app account and associate your relevant operation records and various personal information. When you open the app for the first time, we will ask you to confirm your country and region and select the language of the app. After you download the app, the app account is the premise to use the app business function on the mobile device containing the app ("your mobile device"), and will collect all kinds of data you provide and receive on the app. When you register an account in the App, we will collect your mobile number, App account user name and password. If you agree to choose a user account (such as WeChat account Apple ID) log in as an app account, and we will also collect information about you in such third-party applications (if you choose to log in using WeChat account, we will apply to use your WeChat avatar, nickname, region and gender information; if you choose to use Apple ID to log in, we will apply to use your Apple ID account and name information). The above information will be used to verify your identity, match and collect a series of operation activities you have made using your App account, match and feedback the operation status of your home robot, facilitate the handling of customer service and after-sales service requirements you have put forward to us, and send you notices about the above situation, major changes and updates of service functions, technical and security notices. We will also assign specific Krinona IDs to your app account. These IDs are composed of random strings, which cannot be used to reverse query your real identity. However, Krinona personnel with corresponding responsibilities can identify individual users through Krinona ID by comparing with the user database. In addition, when you want to retrieve or change the password of the app account in the future, we may send a verification message through the mobile phone number/email you filled in for the app account.

Please note that you have been in your country The Krinona account registered on the official website online shopping channel ("website account") can be used as your App account for registration free login, otherwise you can also use your App account for registration free login (if the channel has user login function). The aforementioned online shopping channel is equivalent to using the same account with the same Krinona ID. If the mobile phone number that has been used as the aforementioned website account registration is submitted by you to apply for registration of the App account, we will reject your application for registration and require you to log in directly using the website account.

2. Control your home robot on your mobile device through the App account. When you load an app on your mobile device and bind your app account to your home robot, you first need to complete the distribution network, that is, establish the information flow path of your app account and your home robot bracket through our server. For this purpose, you need to connect your mobile device, app account and your home robot to your Wi-Fi network. The data collected during the distribution network process (which may involve the use of cookies technology for storage so that you can view the historical distribution network situation next time) are not all personally identifiable information, including (i) App name; (ii) Your mobile device model, unique identification code (only used to protect your safe use of networks and services), network card (Mac) address, device MAC address, operating system and its version; (iii) SSID, network format, displayed IP address, location information (country and city), time zone, and time of sending distribution network request to our server of the same Wi-Fi network accessed by your mobile device and your home robot; (iv) The model, SN code and network card (Mac) address of your home robot; (v) Your distribution network history (network or home robot search records, which may be collected through cookies technology); (vi) Your status and fault type in the distribution network process

After the above binding is completed, in order to establish a data link between your instructions on the App account and the operation status of your home robot, the distribution network will continue to occur during the command startup and operation process (that is, the App end and your home robot will access our server to complete the data flow). When you use the relevant control functions of the App, we will record the category and mode of your use of the functions in the App, the operation behavior information and other log information related to the functions, so as to correctly match and control your home robot, quickly identify and solve your home robot or App faults and problems. For example, when you use the appointment cleaning function, we need to obtain the current time and time zone information from your mobile device. At the same time, in order to enable you to know the operation, location and failure of your home robot through the App account page, we also need to collect some information from your home robot and transmit it to your App account page through our server. Most of this information is not personally identifiable (such as cleaning alarm information, cleaning log and result information).

Related to this, we will need to call the following permissions of your mobile device:(i) In order to connect to the distribution network and to use the app functions that need to be connected to the network, you need to call "mobile data", obtain "Wi-Fi information", and also need "local network" permission. In order to complete the distribution network more efficiently, you need to obtain "location" permission and "Bluetooth" permission of your mobile device; (ii) To store the App usage log and update the App version, you need to call the "Store" permission; (iii) To ensure the security of your app account, you need to obtain "device information"; (iv) In order to push various messages related to your account to your mobile device, you need to call the "notification" authority; (v) If you choose to connect to the Wi-Fi network by scanning the code for distribution, you also need to call the "photo album" and/or "camera" permissions

Some models of home robots we provide support the "device sharing" function. For the matched app account holders (i.e. "sharers"), they are allowed to share the control equally with other app account holders (i.e. "sharees"). Please note that the permission to set and modify the access password for photos, videos or albums cannot be shared. If you are a shared person, your app account controls the household robots matched by other app accounts through the "device sharing" function, and for the purpose of this policy, these household robots are considered as your "household robots". For the avoidance of doubt, this privacy policy is applicable to all the use of such domestic robots by the sharer and the shared. You can also delete the devices that have accepted sharing on the App, or turn off the permission to share to others as a whole.

3. Operation of your home robot. Due to technical limitations, the data collected by your home robot cannot be completely processed and stored at the product end, and some of them need to be transmitted to our server for processing, or retransmitted to the App for presentation to you, resulting in data collection (possibly including personal information)

When your home robot runs your operation instructions, in order to check the problems or faults of your home robot in real time as much as possible, we will collect the operation log, status data and behavior data of your home robot (including the records of each function and status on and off), faults and firmware upgrade. In order to make your home robot clean in accordance with the specific cleaning environment and your no-disturbance area requirements, your home robot will generate your cleaning environment map and cleaning path map when running the cleaning function, which will be transmitted to your app account page through our server for direct display, So that you can mark the area classification in the App (some household robot products under Krinona brand support different cleaning modes according to the area classification, subject to the product description), mark the location of "Don't Disturb", and then transmit it to your household robot through our server for execution.

Please note that, The home robot products of certain models of Krinona's brands have video camera, photo or radar sensing functions, and their use purposes include the following business functions (please understand whether your home robot has such functions, whether such functions are automatically turned on, how to turn off such functions (if applicable), and whether you can view the videos and photos generated by this function on the App):

(i) To record and identify the types and status of obstacles in the clean environment, and avoid obstacles. If your home robot does not have the computing ability to recognize such video, we will collect such video, photos or radar sensing related data and conduct obstacle type analysis, and the relevant analysis results will be sent back to your home robot. Data related to radar sensors will be used to build 3D stereo maps, which you can access in the App. The human shape detection function of the domestic robot will delete the data containing human shape information locally in the domestic robot before uploading and analyzing the relevant data. However, please understand that if you place your home robot in your or other people's private space, or choose to make it run during your or other people's private activities, the video, photo or radar sensing data generated after the above functions are activated may still contain personal information such as your or other people's privacy, portrait or facial recognition information.

(ii) Provide you with "video butler" service. See details later

Please note thatcertain models of household robot products under Krinona's brand have voice function, and its use purpose includes (i) operating and cleaning related functions of household robot through voice, and (ii) intelligent voice assistant function, And (iii) video butler service (please understand whether your home robot has such functions, whether such functions are automatically turned on, and how to turn off such functions (if applicable) according to the product manual). For the purpose of use (i) and (ii) only, since your home robot itself does not have the ability to conduct voice recognition, we will collect the audio obtained by the home robot and entrust a third party to analyze it, and then send the relevant analysis results back to your home robot owner. During this process, we will not store the acquired related voice or audio. However, please understand that if you place your home robot in your or other people's private space, or choose to make it run during your or other people's private activities, the voice or audio generated after the above functions are started may contain your or other people's personal information. It is recommended that you or other people do not mention the complete ID card number, name, mobile phone number Account password and other personal information.

Please note that the home robot products of certain models under Krinona brand provide video butler service This service can help you achieve (a) View the cleaning environment captured by the camera in real time in the App; (b) When you manually control your home robot through the App, you can view the indoor real-time situation captured by the camera through the App, and manually control the home robot through the App to capture pictures or record videos, and realize the voice transmission from the mobile end to the home robot, as well as real-time communication between the two; (c) Go to the location point you set, and push the real-time situation of the location point taken by your home robot camera to you through the App; (d) Carry out indoor cruise according to the cruise point set manually by you and take 360-degree surround photos at the cruise point; (e) Intelligently take the category of the identified object (such as people, pets, plants, etc., without distinguishing specific individuals), and can set up regular photos or videos of the identified object category in advance; (f) Automatically generate album periodically based on shooting content; (g) View the pictures, videos or albums taken by your home robot camera at any time in the App interface.

This service will start running only after you choose to turn it on, and you can also turn it off. The records generated by using this service will be sent to your App account for you to choose to view and delete. In order to realize the video butler service, the domestic robot may capture the indoor environment information of the equipment during the work process, including the indoor layout, ground item information, item distribution, indoor personnel, pets and furnishings, etc. This information is necessary for you to use this service. At the same time, you need to open the camera permission of the home robot in the App to realize the collection and processing of the information involved in these services. If you need to use the voice transmission or real-time call function, the app will ask you to turn on the microphone permission of the home robot or mobile device. If you refuse to open the relevant permissions or refuse us to collect these information, we will not be able to provide you with the relevant services of video butler, but will not affect your normal use of the basic functions of the home robot.

In order to ensure the normal operation of this service and ensure your privacy and security as much as possible, the content of live video and voice calls will be displayed to you in the form of real-time media streaming in an encrypted environment. At the same time, we also provide you with storage space so that you can view the pictures or videos taken during the use of this service and the generated album in real time. Your pictures or videos and generated albums will be stored on our cloud server in China. You can manage and delete your pictures, videos or albums at any time on the App. When you choose to delete pictures, videos or albums, we will delete them from the server in time. We remind you that when you use the "device sharing" function, the shared users can also view the pictures or videos taken by the camera at any time in their App interface.

4. User support services. We provide you with user support services through the help and feedback page of the App. Your historical search records on this page will be saved for later viewing. When you ask our customer service function and customer service personnel for advice, complaints, report product failures or put forward requirements for personal information collection and use, we will record in the form of automatic storage, call recording and manual entry: the communication records and contents between you and us, the requirements and opinions you put forward, the name and contact information you provide, and the necessary information of the required services, so that we can handle disputes Solve problems or provide other after-sales services, and feed back the progress results of the service to you.

You can (involving calling the "photo album" and/or "camera" permissions of your mobile device) take/capture photos reflecting problems related to products and services, and send them to the App user support service page to accurately reflect relevant problems

In order to realize this function, you need to turn on the camera (including front and rear cameras) permission and microphone permission in the App to realize video communication between you and customer service. In order to provide better services, we need to store the video and audio content generated in the process of customer service video service, and the storage period shall not exceed three months from the date of service provision. The stored content is only used for follow-up of customer service cases, and necessary confidentiality measures will be taken to avoid information disclosure. At the same time, in order to protect the personal privacy and portrait rights of customer service, you agree not to take screenshots or record relevant videos or audio during the video service process, and not to share the aforementioned screenshots or recorded videos or audio with any third party. If we find that you have taken screenshots or recorded during use, we have the right to immediately terminate the video customer service. Please understand that the video or audio generated after the launch of the video customer service function may contain your or other people's portraits and personal information. It is recommended that you or other people do not mention complete personal information such as ID number, name, mobile phone number, account number and password when using this function. If you use the video customer service function in your or other people's private space, or choose to use it during your or other people's private activities, you may capture indoor environment information, including indoor layout, ground goods information, goods distribution, indoor people, pet and furnishings, etc.

User optimization experience

1. We strictly comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China. The information we collect under this plan is only used to improve our products and services. Without your written consent, we will not use the collected information for other purposes

If we intend to use your personal information we have collected for other purposes not specified in this policy, or collect your personal information categories not mentioned in this policy, we will obtain your consent through page prompts, interactive processes, website announcements or other means, and update this policy accordingly. III. How to store and protect personal information

1.The location where we store your personal information The personal information we collect and generate in China will be stored on our servers rented from Alibaba Cloud in China. If it is necessary to transmit relevant personal information collected in China to overseas institutions due to business or applicable laws, we will implement it in accordance with laws, administrative regulations and the provisions of relevant regulatory authorities, and require overseas institutions to keep the obtained personal information confidential by signing agreements, checking and other effective measures.

2.Our data security capabilities and policies We promise to make information security protection meet the security level required by laws and regulations. To ensure your information security, we are committed to using various security technologies and supporting management systems to prevent your information from being leaked, damaged or lost. At the same time, we have set up a responsible department for personal information protection, established a relevant internal control system, adopted the principle of minimum and sufficient authorization for staff who may have access to your information, and strictly controlled the data access process and approval mechanism.

3.Our handling of personal information security incidents Please understand that due to the limitation of technical level and various malicious means that may exist, personal information security incidents may happen unfortunately due to factors beyond our control. If a security incident occurs, we will promptly inform you of the basic situation and possible impact of the security incident, the disposal measures we have taken or will take, the suggestions you can take to prevent and reduce risks independently, and the remedial measures for you in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations. 4.We delete your personal information We will retain your personal information only for the period necessary for the purpose stated in this policy and the maximum time limit allowed by laws and regulations (whichever expires earlier). We will delete or anonymize your personal information in time after that time limit. If we stop all or part of your services or stop relevant operations, we will stop collecting your relevant personal information in time and notify you in accordance with the Krinona User Agreement, and delete or anonymize your personal information held. (ii) In addition, to provide you with the business functions described in this policy, collect and use personal information according to this policy, it is inevitable to use third-party technology (such as using third-party technology databases to build the technical framework of the App or your home robot), and use third-party tools (such as editing the App page with Xiumi Editor), There are also some third-party services that may involve such third parties, so you are informed that you agree to provide us with personal information in accordance with this policy (for example, store the data and database of the app and your home robot from the server rented by the third party).

We promise you that when we entrust a third party to process personal information, we will comply with the following requirements:

1. The entrusted analysis required to be carried out shall not exceed the scope that we have obtained your authorization and consent, unless it is in the case that you do not need to obtain your consent;

2. Assess the data security capability of the entrusting party in advance to ensure that it has the data security capability required by laws and regulations

3. Bind the responsibilities and obligations of the entrusting party through the contract, make it comply with the provisions of applicable laws, and require it to comply with our obligations to you at no lower than our standards;

4. Accurately record and save the entrusted personal information, ensure your information security and effective access and control of your personal information through the entrusted processing;

5. When the entrustment relationship is terminated, or when we delete or anonymize your personal information according to this policy, we require the entrustment processor to delete your personal information and destroy all data copies.

Information sharing in such scenarios does not require your authorization and consent.

We will determine the personal information security management requirements and security incident handling requirements to be met with the joint control party in the form of a contract, and the standards shall not be lower than the applicable legal requirements. Such joint control party shall ensure that after obtaining personal information, it only uses your personal information according to the use purpose stated in this policy, always cooperates with you to exercise the relevant rights of personal information, and shall delete your personal information after the relevant purpose stated in this policy expires. V. Unconventional circumstances in which we provide your personal information externally

(I) Transfer

Transfer means that we lose control of your personal information and the transferee gains control of your personal information. In principle, we will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization or individual. If it is necessary to transfer personal information, we will transfer it in accordance with applicable laws and inform you of the purpose of the transfer, the personal information involved, and the relevant information of the transferee.

One of the possible information transfer situations is that with the continuous development of our business, we may conduct merger, acquisition, asset transfer and other transactions (we will inform you of the relevant situations according to the Krinona User Agreement).
